Peter Calley | Owner and Head Chef

A lifelong cook and passionate teacher, Peter has been teaching cooking classes professionally since 2011. Prior to that he has worked in various aspects of the restaurant world and attended Oregon Culinary Institute in Portland, OR.

Always in search of new ingredients, flavors and culinary inspiration, his travels have taken him throughout North America, Europe, the Middle East, Central America and Asia. His focus and style, however, remains rooted in the Pacific Northwest where he grew up and discovered his talent for culinary arts.

His travels, education, and training have enabled him to share a variety of cuisines and techniques along with anecdotes and history in a fun and relaxed manner to his guests and students.

Stephanie Corneil | Sous Chef

Stephanie hails from a family of hunters and farmers from the Columbia River Gorge, between Oregon and Washington. Food has always been the center of attention for her and she has been cooking since she was old enough to hold a spatula and tug at her mom’s apron strings.
From a life of traveling, exploring, and eating delicious food across the globe, Stephanie’s main passion and focus is sourcing exceptional  local ingredients and innovative new ways to prepare them. She is equally dedicated to cooking the comfort food of her roots and experimenting with modern cuisine and novel ingredients. She has a strong attention to detail and an eye for the aesthetic. Stephanie looks forward to sharing and collaborating this dedication with you.

Laura Fleig | Front of House

Laura is an East-Coast transplant who has been working within the hospitality industry for over 6 years. With a natural affinity for making everyone feel welcome, she enjoys providing memorable experiences for guests of Culinary Hedonism’s Supper Club. Always graceful and poised, Laura believes that exceptional service is delivered by skillfully anticipating guests’ needs. She is a skilled bartender who enjoys creating and crafting specialty drinks, and has created some truly amazing cocktail menus for Culinary Hedonism’s special events. Laura is responsible for all front-of-house operations, and is instrumental in the creation of our beautiful and welcoming environments that enhance our guests’ experience. Laura especially enjoys witnessing the long-lasting social connections that happen during Culinary Hedonism’s Supper Clubs and is proud to serve the cuisine skillfully crafted by Chefs Peter and Stephanie.
