Culinary Hedonism and Epicurean San Diego have joined up to offer a truly unique experience:
Farm Tour + Cooking Class + Farm-to-Fork Meal
Guests will be picked up by Stephanie of Epicurean San Diego and taken to a local farm where they will be given a tour and harvest ingredients to be used for the cooking class and meal. Guests are then taken to the venue were Chef Peter will work with the group to develop a spontaneous menu and cooking class centered around the ingredients from the farm. Guests will create delicious 3-course meal together celebrating the bounty that they harvested just a couple hours before and will all be able to enjoy it together as they sit down to eat. Wine and/or beer pairings will be provided!
